• All prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated, and are confirmed at the time of order.
• Prices and availability may change without notice; listed stock is subject to prior sale.
• Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp, phone, or email with our team.

Warranty

• Warranty periods are stated per product at the time of sale.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by unapproved power accessories.
• Used devices are sold as described, tested, and quality-checked before handover.

Services

Managed IT support, installations, and project work are delivered under the scope agreed in your quotation or service agreement. Response times are prioritised by business impact.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided for general guidance. To the extent permitted by law, Emos IT Services is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
